Three Rivers, Texas is located 3 miles off of Interstate 37 about 71 miles south of San Antonio and 74 miles north of Corpus Christi.  US 281 is the main north/south highway through town.

​Going South on US 281, continue through Three Rivers approximately 2 miles to the intersection of FM 1042 (to Simmons City) turn right and travel about 6 miles.  You will see the old Simmons City Church on the left then the next County road is CR432.  Turn right and travel about 1/2 mile, the road will turn back to the left and you will see the park on your right. If you miss the first right then continue around the curve and you can turn right on the other end of CR 432.

If traveling north on US281 from George West to Three Rivers, watch for the Live Oak Auction Barn on the left then travel another mile on US 281to the intersection of FM 1042 (to Simmons City), turn left and travel about 6 miles.  You will see the old Simmons City Church on the left then the next County road is CR432.  Turn right and travel about 1/2 mile, the road will turn back to the left and you will see the park on your right.  If you miss the first right then continue around the curve and you can turn right on the other end of CR 432.

Note: FM 1042 is the the best route to bypass Three Rivers if you are headed to Tilden.  FM 1042 becomes FM 1545 and intersects State Hwy 72 about 2 miles from the South entrance to Choke Canyon Lake.  Our park is centrally located to Tilden, George West, and Three Rivers.

note: Mind the speed limits through town as the Three Rivers Police force is vigilant.
